We continue to pray for Leonie and Mario and their forthcoming marriage. May God bless them abundantly in their new life together.
We give thanks for the safe return of Leonie and Joshua to Honduras.
We thank God that Leonie’s speaking engagements raised £6936.50 of which £3745 was designated for the land purchase. Leonie mentioned that a significant number of people pledged to join the 800 club. Standing orders for an additional £115 a month to the Project account were set up.
For the final papers of the Honduran charity status to be released as soon as possible; and also for the lawyer (Antonio) who is working hard to help this come to pass.
We continue to seek the purchase of land in the Valley of Angels where escalating land prices have caused faith and trust in God to be stretched. We pray for land in the valley in the right place at the right price and in His time. A donation of £100 given by 800 people would buy the land outright and building of the Centre could start immediately (800 club)
Please pray for The H4H 800 Club. This will enable land to be purchased forHonduras' very first birthing centre, a Medical and dental clinic. The area will also need a water well to provide the community with clean water. Solar panels will help provide electricity for the clinic.. The new clinic will also be a transition homes for orphaned babies and children and provide a safe play area for the children. The area will also need to be secure with fencing and guards around the property in a violent and volatile nation.
Please pray for Leonie’s health and wellbeing.
For Aleda Suyapa a local single woman from a poor family who is undertaking her Nursing training with the help of H4H. Aleda is from a poor family and has five children, one of whom is disabled due to encephalitis.
For the growing youth group in the valley. We now have over 50 children aged 14-22 attending every week and have folding chairs for the youth group to sit on. We pray for Mandy and Miranda, as leaders, as they disciple the group.
For the continuing unity of, and transparency between, all the leaders of Seeds of Change as they work together:- Leonie, Mario, Mandy, Miranda, Beth and Tristan.
For the new Director of Ihnfa - Suyapa Nunez. She is a woman of God and needs our prayers. We need her in that position of authority to help get adoptions moving in Honduras - with a legal and regulated system.
For Heidy as she settles in to life in Oklahome with the Bullard family. Jennifer Sykes Bullard writesLoving our new addition to the family--Heidy Banegas, from Honduras. We're sponsoring her for four years as she attends UCO. The girls love having an "older sister" around and she adds a wonderful dynamic to our family. Thank you, Mandy, for trusting her to our care. Poor John has a house full of girls! God is good.
